Executive Branch
The Executive Branch works to address student concerns on campus. Some of their duties include serving on university committees, speaking at events, working with athletes, and Greek life representatives, as well as coordinating activities for students. The Executive Branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet and Executive Agencies.

Vevvy Summerall
Amelia Dyal is the Student Body President and head of the Executive Branch of Student Government at the 成人大片. She has previously served in the Legislative Branch first as a Senator then as the Senate President Pro-Tempore and the chair of the Rules and Oversight Committee, where she oversaw all intergovernmental affairs of Student Government.
Ms. Dyal has formerly served on the Food Services Advisory Council.
Other involvements at the 成人大片 include being an active member of the Public Health community at the 成人大片. Ms. Dyal is a member of the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Eta Sigma Gamma health education honorary and she is also involved in the Talon Health and Service Alliance. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family!
Ms. Dyal was appointed to the 成人大片Board of Trustees upon swearing in as Student Body President on April 11, 2025, for a term ending on April 10, 2026.
Vevvy Summerall is the Student Body Vice President of the Executive Branch of Student Government at the 成人大片. She has previously served in the Legislative Branch as a Senator and the Vice Chair of the Rules and Oversight Committee.
Ms. Summerall formerly served on the Bookstore Advisory Council and the University Academic Appeal Committee.
Other involvements include being an active member of the Political Science community and campus at the 成人大片. Ms. Summerall is a member of the Spanish program and the Pre-Law program. Ms. Summerall is a part of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Swoop Law:0L Ospreys (Pre-Law Club), The Black Student Union, and For a Black Girl. In addition, Ms. Summerall is a founding member, and the Secretary of the Black Thought Club, while also serving as the Secretary of the Powerlifting Club.
In her free time, she enjoys watching her favorite show Criminal minds and listening to music!
Student Body Treasurer
Arnett King Jr.
Arnett King Jr., originally from Jacksonville, Florida, is a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in International Business. Known for being hardworking and determined, he actively pursues leadership opportunities and ways to positively impact the campus community.
As Student Body Treasurer, he oversees all A&S fee accounts and submits a proposed balanced A&S Fee budget during the Annual Budget Process. The Treasurer serves as an executive liaison to students regarding all A&S fee procedures and is a prominent member of the Executive Cabinet. He provides fiscal guidance to the Budget & Allocations Committee and advises Registered Student Organizations on financial policies. Additionally, the Treasurer participates in advisory councils and university committees to help improve student resources and campus initiatives.
Outside of this role, Arnett serves as Vice President of the Presidential Envoys, representing the student body and strengthening connections between students and university leadership. In his free time, he enjoys reading and exploring new ideas, aiming to leave a lasting impact on the student community.
Student Advocate
Haley Ginsberg
Haley Ginsberg is the Student Advocate here at the 成人大片. She is an Executive Cabinet Member as well as the Ex. Officio Member of the University and Student Affairs Committee. This is Haley's second year in the role of Student Advocate, however before her time in this role, Haley spent her first year in Student Government as the Osprey Student Conduct Advisors (OSCA) Director, where she took part in starting up the newest Agency of SG, participating in Conduct Training, as well as being a collaborator for Safety Week.
A key part of her role as the Student Advocate is overseeing University Wide Committee (UWC) SG appointees, as well as personally sitting as Chair for Student Life Advisory Board and Student Union Advisory Board, and being a member of Parking Advisory Council, Student Fee Assessment Committee, and Academic Grade Appeals Committee.
Outside of SG, Haley is in her final year here at 成人大片as a Secondary English Education Major, with the intentions of becoming a high school teacher upon earning her degree. After a long day of classes, teaching, or working, Haley loves to spend her downtime reading a good book, crocheting, or spending quality time with her friends and loved ones here at UNF.
Attorney General
Kiley Moale
Kiley Moale is the Attorney General of the Student Government at the 成人大片, where she serves as the chief legal officer and issues binding interpretations of the Constitution, Statutes, and Policies and Procedures. She previously served as the Supervisor of Elections, overseeing the electoral process and ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance within Student Government.
Ms. Moale has been deeply involved across multiple branches of Student Government, sitting on the Student Conduct Board as both a Panel and Judicial Hearing Officer, and serving as a Student Government Voting Member on the Academic Appeals Committee. This year, she also serves on University-wide Committees including Academic Appeals, the Clery Act Council, the Distance Learning Committee, the RecWell Advisory Board, and the Title IX Committee.
As an undergraduate, Ms. Moale was a member of Hicks Honors College and an active member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, where she now serves as an alumna. She is especially dedicated to leadership, mentorship, and community involvement, having completed over 2,000 service hours and received the Osprey Community Engagement Medallion.
Ms. Moale is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Criminal Justice after completing a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology with a minor in Leadership at UNF. Her long-term goal is to work in criminal investigations, specializing in missing persons or cold cases. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Chief of Staff
Kayla Charde
Kayla Charde, a senior Osprey from Naples, Florida, is majoring in Communication with a concentration in Advertising and minoring in Leadership. She returns this year to serve as Chief of Staff for Student Government, continuing her commitment to the student body. With prior experience as both Deputy Chief of Staff and a Legislative Senator, Kayla brings seasoned leadership and a deep understanding of SG operations.
Passionate about student engagement, Kayla oversees key events such as Lunch on the Green, Homecoming Court, and SG at Market Days, working to ensure they are as inclusive and impactful as possible. She is dedicated to the SG mantra, “students serving students,” and has spent the past three years in her SG career championing student needs and experiences.
One of Kayla’s favorite parts of serving on the Executive Staff is watching her team grow both personally and professionally, while continuing to refine her own leadership style. This year, she aims to increase awareness of SG resources and benefits, and to develop more signature events that students can look forward to.
Outside of SG, Kayla enjoys spending time with her tuxedo cat, Sir Roni, and can often be found at BREW FIVE POINTS catching up on homework or working on initiatives as President of the 成人大片Black Thought Club.

Avery Colbert
Avery Colbert is a Communications major with a minor in Marketing at the 成人大片. She has served in the 成人大片Student Government for one administration, gaining hands-on experience in student leadership and campus engagement.
Avery is also an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), where she continues to grow professionally in the field of communications.
Outside of her academic and leadership roles, she enjoys baking and staying active through yoga and spin classes. Avery values personal growth and community, combining her passion for communications with a commitment to staying connected and engaged with those around her.

Megan Weber
Megan Weber is the Director of Graphic Design in the Executive Branch of Student Government at the 成人大片. Ms. Weber was raised in Jacksonville and is a senior majoring in Graphic Design.
Other involvements at the 成人大片 include serving as the Vice President of the Command+N Graphic Design Club. In her free time, she enjoys baking, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Osprey Involvement Center
Osprey Involvement Center is the hub of involvement at UNF. It's a tool to aid in club workshops, involvement coaching, leadership development, and various other services that are all aimed at building community.
Lend-A-Wing Pantry
The Pantry is staffed by 成人大片students for 成人大片students; dedicated to serving the basic needs of the students at the 成人大片. Items may include food and hygienic supplies, provided anonymously and at no cost to the student. Through this service we help foster continued academic success and increase retention for students in need.Lend-A-Fit
Lend-A-Fit provides students with business professional outfits at no cost in order to build students' wardrobe as they prepare for interviews and workplace dress codes. This service encourages vocational development combined with academic nourishment.
Osprey Student Conduct Advisors
As an Executive Agency of the 成人大片 Student Government, the Osprey Student Conduct Advisors (OSCA) shall enhance the overall student conduct process to provide students with the information they are afforded as members of the 成人大片community. OSCA as an agency promotes knowledge, provides awareness of ethical conduct standards and the student conduct process, overall improving the student conduct relationship and facilitating an environment that develops trust between the advisors and students.
