Student Permit Information

• Fall 2025 Parking Permit Sales

  Permit sales window for the 2025-26 academic year will begin in July, in order of seniority by credit hours completed. Students must be registered for fall classes and/or have an active Housing contract prior to ordering a permit. 

  At 9 a.m. on the following dates: 

  July 15 for 90+ and graduate commuting students

  July 22 for 60+ commuting students

  July 24 for Returning housing students

  July 29 for 20+ commuting students

  July 31 for New to housing students

  August 5 for All students

  • To begin your order, click on “Order A Parking Permit” from the .
  • Once you’ve completed the order, the fee will appear on your myWings student bill the following day. To verify that the permit is paid, read the steps in the “How do I pay for the permit?” link. 
  • To review permit options and accessible parking locations, visit the Permits and Rates page or the Student Parking page.

Communications

• Parking Services Program Communications

  Parking Services is able to send parking information to your personal email address in addition to your ³ÉÈË´óƬemail account. This includes groups that have an annual or term permit as well as those that purchase daily passes. The information that will be sent to your personal email account will be for parking communications only. To add your personal email address:

  • Log into the myWings portal
  • Select “Student Records” (if you are a student) or “Employee Records” (for faculty/staff), then “Parking Account”
  • Click on “Edit Contact Information”
  • Edit, add or set contact information as the primary
  • It is recommended to continue to view your ³ÉÈË´óƬemail as it is the primary point of communication for any ³ÉÈË´óƬdepartment
  • Contact Parking Services at (904) 620-2815 to delete any information, such as license tag numbers or mailing addresses

  The submission of your personal email address is not a requirement. Should you choose not to submit your personal email address, communications will continue to be delivered through the Osprey Update, ³ÉÈË´óƬemail accounts and the Parking website.
