This unique opportunity pairs meaningful employment with structured academic and career support.
成人大片 HCA Florida Memorial Hospital
HCA Florida Memorial Hospital is a 454-bed acute care facility with a strong 55-year history of quality care in Northeast Florida. Founded in 1969 by physicians and community leaders, the hospital is staffed by over 3,400 employees and 900 physicians. It is known for combining cutting-edge medical services with compassion and a commitment to patient safety.
HCA Healthcare operates 184 hospitals and approximately 2,000 care sites—including ERs, urgent care centers, and physician clinics—across 21 U.S. states and the United Kingdom.
Program Overview
This program allows students to:
- Begin paid employment at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital.
- Receive full-time or part-time employee benefits (health, dental, 401K, and more).
- Qualify for tuition reimbursement through HCA’s employee education program.
- Explore real-world healthcare career options.
- Receive structured guidance from 成人大片academic and career advisors.

Sample Pathways Positions
Please note: roles vary depending on availability at the time of application.
Patient Care Technician
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, and feeding)
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Help maintain a clean, safe care environment
- Communicate with families and medical teams
Patient Transporter
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Transport patients between departments (radiology, surgery, discharge, etc.)
- Safely assist patients in and out of wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds
- Coordinate transport with nursing and medical staff
- Follow safety protocols and hospital procedures
- Provide calm, reassuring interaction during transport
Unit Secretary
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain patient records and unit documentation.
- Facilitate communication between staff and departments.
- Support daily unit operations and administrative tasks.
Dietary Assistant
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and deliver meals according to patient dietary needs.
- Assist with meal service and tray distribution.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support dietary staff with kitchen and inventory tasks.
