Student Vocal Artists ages 16+ ($300 prior to June 5)

Student Vocal Artists are high school juniors and seniors ages 16+ seeking an intensive opportunity to develop existing vocal art skills and introduce new ones. With opportunities to work with ³ÉÈË´óƬvocal arts faculty members Dr. James Hall and Dr. Cara Tasher, and Dr. Joey Martin from Texas State University, students will craft many layers of musical skills. The Student Vocal Artists will be guided by current ³ÉÈË´óƬstudents and faculty as they go through training sessions, daily activities, and rehearsals, until the final combined recital featuring the Student and Community Vocal Artists under the direction of the participants and faculty of the ³ÉÈË´óƬConductor's Studio.
Student Vocal Artists will:

• Attend sessions on diction, vocal exercises, body awareness, sight reading, audition techniques, expressive singing and more
• Rehearse new repertoire with faculty and conducting fellows
• Explore the beautiful ³ÉÈË´óƬCampus with current ³ÉÈË´óƬstudents
• Participate in leadership and social activities
• Enjoy daily lunch on-campus
• Receive music and T-shirt (included in fee)
• Sing in Friday Vocal Recital and Saturday Conductor’s Studio Recital

Tuition is non-refundable and covers the cost of music materials, a custom t-shirt, daily lunch, and expert instruction. Take advantage of our Early Bird pricing of $300 per student until June 5th. Community Vocal Artists for ages 18+ ($95 prior to June 5)

Experienced and novice singers in local church and community choirs are invited to join us for Summer Choral Arts at UNF. 

Immerse yourself in a series of engaging seminars focused on the choral arts; collaborate with esteemed faculty and conducting fellows as you rehearse exciting new repertoire; showcase your vocal talent in the Saturday Conductor’s Studio Recital, delight in a daily lunch on-campus with other community singers; and, enjoy the option to enhance your experience with private piano or voice lessons.

Tuition is non-refundable and covers the cost of daily lunches, seminar sessions, rehearsals, and concert participation. Take advantage of our Early Bird pricing of $95 available until June 5th. After June 5th, the tuition will increase to $125, and registration will close on June 30th. Don't miss this opportunity to refine your craft and connect with fellow artists!

Auditors ages 18+ ($125)

This participation level is designed for individuals who wish to explore and refine new conducting techniques in a supportive and low-pressure environment. Perfect for those eager to enhance their skills without the pressure of formal adjudication, this option allows participants to focus on personal growth and development at a more relaxed pace. With a focus on hands-on learning and guided instruction, this level provides the opportunity to engage with the art of conducting at a comfortable intensity, encouraging a deeper understanding and appreciation of the craft without the demands of formal evaluation. Whether you're new to conducting or seeking to broaden your expertise, this path offers a welcoming and enriching experience.

 Conductor Studio Auditors will: 

• Receive repertoire and folder onsite
• Enjoy daily lunch together with other conductors
• Observe masterclasses for singers/conductors 
• Sing in rehearsals and final concert 
• Optional private piano or voice lesson add-on

Members of the ³ÉÈË´óƬchoral program may join in the Summer Choral Arts rehearsals and concert free of charge. We welcome your participation. Please be sure to register so we can anticipate your presence.
